Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed September 28, 1988, which discharged the Special Disability Fund from liability for the claim.

Claimant repaired air-conditioning and refrigeration units for Astoria Air Conditioning. In 1980, claimant was hospitalized with breathing problems and advised to retire. He filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits, citing an occupational lung disease.
