I. Introduction

This matter came before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to a general assignment, made in accordance with the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A), upon the Motion of the Plaintiff Xcel Energy Inc. (“Xcel”) to compel the Government to produce an amended privilege log, and/or to produce documents not properly protected by the deliberative process privilege, and to require more complete responses to Xcel’s Third Request for Admissions.
