MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WESLEY E. BROWN, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs, pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seek judicial review of a final determination of defendant that they are not entitled to receive retirement insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. Defendant has moved for summary judgment, and the case is before us for decision in that posture. In accordance with statutory procedure, plaintiffs have been afforded a hearing before an examiner and have appealed to the Appeals Council.
