Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Ray, J.), entered July 11, 2002, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for modification of a prior order of visitation.

Petitioner, currently serving a 20-year sentence at Five Points Correctional Facility in Seneca County, is the biological father of a son born in 1995.
