OPINION

ELLIS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment for recovery of damages on a contract to convey real estate based on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and for libel. Appellants, Leyendecker and Associates, A.S.C. Versailles, Inc. and Chris Hilliard, appeal from a judgment against them in favor of William and Mildred Wechter. After a jury trial, the trial judge entered a judgment that appellants, Leyendecker and Associates and A.S.C.
