Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chenango County (Sullivan, J.), rendered February 9, 2001, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the first degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of robbery in the first degree in full satisfaction of a multicount indictment charging her and a codefendant with various crimes arising out of the shooting death of a young man at his home.
