Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered February 13, 1976 in Sullivan County, upon a verdict rendered at Trial Term in favor of the plaintiffs and from an order denying plaintiffs’ motion to set aside the verdict upon the ground of inadequacy. The infant plaintiff, Michelle Rivera, was born on October 11, 1973 at Monticello, New York. Immediate corrective surgery, for a condition wholly unrelated to the injury complained of here, was called for and the infant was transported by ambulance to the defendant hospital.
