—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Gerges, J.), rendered June 25, 1996, convicting him of reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant was convicted of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief for burning the complainant’s clothes and the building in which she lived.
