MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT, PLAN “B”, MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

WILSON, Judge.

In this action the Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries he alleges were caused by the recklessness of the Defendant, Plan B, LLC. In Count Two of his Sixth Amended Complaint the Plaintiff alleges that on or about November 21, 2003, at approximately 10:30 p.m., he was a patron of the Mohegan Sun Casino. At that time he was descending the escalator adjacent to Big Bubba’s 15BQ when he was caused to fall off the escalator and he thereby sustained injuries and damages more particularly set…
