Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 4, 1972 in Greene County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of the Greene County Legislature which rejected petitioner’s bids for fuel oil and service contracts. After advertising and receiving bids to supply fuel oil and service to various county buildings, respondent Greene County Legislature awarded the contracts to Amos Post, Inc.
