Carmen H. Lewis (Carmen), the wife in a dissolution of mar riage proceeding appeals from the judgment of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, for Yellowstone County. She raises the following issues:(1) Whether the District Court erred in awarding $5,000.00 to the wife as her portion of the marital estate;(2) Whether the District Court erred in awarding $300.00 per month for a period of twelve months; and(3) Whether the District Court erred in failing to require the husband to pay for the wife’s reasonable attorney’s fees.
