MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Lathierial Boyd filed a nine count third amended complaint on July 12, *7122016, asserting various claims against the defendant officers and the City of Chicago. On July 11, 2016 the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment on all counts.1 For the reasons stated below, the court grants defendants’ motion for summary judgment in its entirety.
