SAWTELLE, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree in favor of the appellees in a suit brought to obtain a preference to the assets of the insolvent Twin Falls National Bank, of Twin Falls, Idaho.

The record discloses that, during the year 19-29, the Twin Falls National Bank, in good faith and for valuable consideration, purchased several forged orders for warrants drawn upon the county auditor of Twin Falls county, Idaho.
