Wiseman v. Watters
Texas Supreme Court
Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fourth District, in an ■appeal from Bexar County. Watters sued Wiseman and others and had judgment. Wiseman appealed and on affirmance obtained writ of error.

To secure the payment of two notes in the sum of $500 each, payable to W. E. Wright, C. 0. Maddox executed and delivered his deed of trust wherein the property mortgaged was described as follows:
