Appellee sued appellant in an action on the case for malicious prosecution and recovered judgment. Appellant now insists that he should have had the general affirmative charge, or, failing that, Ms motion for a new trial should have been granted on one or both of two grounds, viz., the verdict was contrary to the great weight; of the evidence, and newly discovered evidence.
