THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Federal National Mortgage Association’s (“Defendant” or “Fannie Mae”) Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) (ECF No. *70892), and its Memorandum in Support thereof (ECF No. 92-1), filed on October 6, 2016. For the reasons stated herein, the Motion will be denied.
