It appears from the record in this ease' that judgment was rendered and entered of record on the 19th day of June, 1891, at the May term of the county court of Arapahoe county. That thereafter and on the same day defendant prayed an appeal to the district court of ArapaT hoe county, which was allowed on condition of filing bond. That on the 7th day of July, A. D. 1891, the same being one of the regular days of the July term, defendant filed a motion for an appeal to this court, which motion was granted.
