These appeals arise out of the adjudication of an action for declaratory judgment (Title 28, Section 2201, U.S.C.) brought in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, by Capitol Airways, Inc., plaintiff, against The Airline Pilots Association, International, defendant. The parties will be referred to as Capitol and ALP A, respectively.
