Loma Alta Property Owners Association, Inc. (“LAPOA”), petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Civil Appeals reversing the circuit court’s denial of Carol Mahoney’s claim under the Alabama Litigation Accountability Act, § 12-19-270 et seq., Ala.Code 1975 (“the ALAA”).
