PER OURIAM.

The plaintiffs in error will be referred to as defendants, and defendant in error as plaintiff, as they appeared in the court below.

This- action was commenced on July 17, 1930, in the district court of Oklahoma county, by the plaintiff to recover the sum of $2,325 for damage to crops alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendants in permitting oil and salt water to escápe from their wells and premises in the Oklahoma City oil field, and to flow into the North Canadian river, and thence down to and upon the premises of the plaintiff.
