The plaintiff, as administratrix of the personal estate of her deceased husband, brings this action to recover damages for the killing of her said husband by the defendant company’s negligence. The allegation is, that the deceased was killed by a collision with the engine of said company, while attempting to cross the railroad track at a point where it was intersected by a public road along which the deceased was traveling; and that such collision was caused by the failure of the defendant company to give the signals required…
