This is an appeal by Mr. Paul R. Brown, Jr., (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a July 9, 1999, order of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County finding that Grist Lumber, Inc., (hereinafter “Appellee” or “Grist Lumber”) was entitled to a prescriptive easement for timbering purposes across property owned by the Appellant and an April 12, 2000, order setting forth the width of such easement.
