On June 9, 1994, the debtor, All American Manufacturing Corp. (“All American”) filed an adversary complaint (the “Complaint”) against defendants, Quality Textile Screen Prints, Inc. (“Quality Textile”) and Vendor Funding Co., Inc. (‘Vendor Funding”).
