MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the motion of the debtor, Nancy Yvonne Conti (“Conti”), for a finding of civil contempt against the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) for violation of the injunction contained in 11 U.S.C. § 524 which prohibits the commencement or continuation of any action to collect a discharged debt. A hearing on the debtor’s motion was held on December 14, 1984 at which time the Court heard the evidence of the parties.
