This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Arecibo refusing to vacate a certain writ of injunction which it had issued on March 31, 1914.
Jesús de León and his lawful wife brought an action in the said court against Eulogia Colón, the Succession of Tomás Boneta and the Plazuela Sugar Co. for the annulment of deeds and for other purposes.
