Samuel Hanna,

while walking across a paved highway in the township of Sparta, in the county of Kent, on June 12, 1933, came into collision with an automobile, owned and driven by the defendant. He was severely injured thereby, was taken to a hospital, and died as a result thereof several hours thereafter. This action is brought by the administrator of his estate to recover the damages incident thereto. He had verdict and judgment for $1,190.49, from which the defendant has taken this appeal.
