The case was submitted to the board member upon the following agreed facts: “The deceased died on May 26, 1919, from injuries received while she was in the employ of the subscriber who owns and maintains a department store in Boston. The employee was employed as a saleslady in the department on the first floor of the subscriber’s building. On the morning of May 26, 1919, the employee reported for work.
