LOTTINGER, Judge.

This is a suit in tort by Thomas Lyles, Jr., the petitioner, against Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, Esaw Brown, General Building Maintenance Corporation, and Joe A. Rich, in solido, for damages resulting when the minor child of petitioner was struck by a vehicle driven by defendant Brown. Petitioner sues on his own behalf for medical expenses, and as administrator of the estate of his minor child for personal damages. The capacities of the various defendants are as follows: Joe A.
