BAKER, Justice.

Frank Joseph Turner was convicted of driving while intoxicated and punishment was assessed at 180 days confinement in Dallas County Jail, probated, and a fine of $1,000. Turner appeals on three points of error as follows: (1) the trial court erred in admitting into evidence the results of the blood test given the appellant; (2) the trial court erred by admitting into evidence testimony as to the chemical alcohol blood volume content of appellant, and the content for legal intoxication, and (3) the trial court erred by responding to the jury’s request for further instructions by…
