The Elade Realty Company appeals from a judgment, convicting it under five out of twenty-eight counts of an information for violating that section of the Second *980War Powers Act,1 which makes it an of-fence to perform “any act prohibited ^ h* «fc by any H6 ^ -i1 rGg-— ulation,” passed in pursuance of the President’s powers conferred by the Act.
