This is an original proceeding in this court, in which the relator asks for a writ of mandamus in the first cause of action and for a writ of prohibition in the second. The respondents have demurred to the petition, claiming that the facts stated are insufficient to constitute a, cause of action. The demurrer has been argued and is now up for disposition.
