A corporation known as 759 Riverside Avenue, Inc., was authorized when incorporated in January; 1927, to have outstanding five hundred shares of common stock of the par value of one hundred dollars'. Three hundred and ■seventy-five shares of the stock were issued.

In October, 1927, the corporation was indebted to Mamie M. Webster in the sum of $10,500.00 evidenced by its promissory note datéd October 21, 1927, payable to the order of Mamie M. Webster three years after date with interest at 8 per cent per annum. The interest payments to become due were evidenced by coupons in the sum of $210.00…
