Plaintiff in error insists that by the terms of the contract the coal received for the first half of every month of the contract was to be. paid for on the 25th of the month in which it was' received, and that the coal received for the second half of any month was to be paid for on the 10th of the following month, while the claim of the defendant in error is that such coal should be paid for respectively on the 10th and 25th of the month following the month in which it was received.
