Rodney Cross, Temporary Conservator of the Estate of Josie Rachel Schierling, appeals the probate court’s take-nothing judgment in his suit against Old Republic Surety Company on the surety bond it issued for its principal, Donald Schillings, Administrator of the Estate of Annabelle Wright.
