The following facts appear from the case stated: On the books of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, 510 shares of its capital stock stood, on March 10,1898, in the name of George Lund, who, a resident in and a citizen of Great Britain, had died in England, on June 5, 1888, leaving a last will, by which he gave all his personal estate to his widow, Mary Ann Lund, and appointed her sole executrix.
