Petitioner Braden Jones appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his request to expunge certain of his arrest records. Petitioner contends that the circuit court misconstrued the expungement statute, section 5 of the Criminal Identification Act (Act) (20 ILCS 2630/5 (West 2004)).
