DIXON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a permanent injunction, both prohibitory and mandatory, in favor of appellees, Town of Highland Park and an intervenor, Kathleen Gibson, against appellants F. H. Newton and his wife Cosette Faust Newton, restraining appellants from excluding the Town’s inspectors from appellants’ premises, and requiring appellants to dismantle, raze, and remove certain structures on their residence property at 4005 Miramar Avenue in Highland Park, Texas, found to violate the Town’s zoning ordinance and building code, and also to be nuisances and fire and health…
