Burgess — Norton Manufacturing Company, the objec- ■ tor, paid its taxes for the years 1967, 1968 and 1969 under protest, and filed objections in the circuit court of Kane County to the application of the county collector for judgment against its real estate for the taxable year 1967. The circuit court overruled the objections and entered judgment in favor of the collector.
