Judgment was entered for the plaintiff in trespass, the court *178trebling the damages awarded by the jury. On appeal this court reversed the judgment and directed judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the amount of the verdict. The question is, whether the plaintiff is liable for costs of printing appellant’s paper-book on that appeal. The learned judge of the common pleas in a well-considered opinion held that he was not, and in that conclusion we all concur.
