1 Reported in 251 N.W. 127. Defendant appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial after verdict in favor of plaintiff for $3,500. The action and recovery is for damages for personal injury caused to plaintiff in an automobile collision. The accident took place on July 18, 1931, and the action was tried in October, 1932.
