MEMORANDUM OPINION

KEADY, Chief Judge.

Subsequent to the decision of the three-judge court entered October 18, 1971, Moore v. Leflore County Board of Election Commissioners, 351 F.Supp. 848 (N.D. Miss. 1971), the Leflore County Board of Supervisors proceeded to adopt and submit to the court for approval a plan for redistrieting the five supervisors’ districts in accordance with the one-man, one-vote principle.
