Plaintiffs are composers of international renown. They are citizens and residents of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Defendant, a domestic corporation, has produced a picture known as “ The Iron Curtain ” which is now being exhibited in theatres throughout this country. In the public mind, this title has come to indicate the boundary between that part of Europe which is under the sovereignty of, occupied by or under the influence of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, as distinguished from the rest of the continent.
