Appellant, Gregory L. Ford, was convicted of Assault with Intent to Kill and the jury fixed his punishment at three years imprisonment in the state penitentiary. From the judgment so entered, appellant brings this appeal. For reversal, it is first urged that the court erred in holding that appellant was legally arrested, this contention being based upon the assertion that there was not probable cause for said arrest.
