ion of the Court. This is an action of debt upon a plain note of hand for §3,915.86, dated April 27, 1885, and this action was commenced on the .. day of.., 1893. The execution of the note, and that the same has not been paid, are admittod by defendant. But he pleaded and relies on the Statute of Limitations as a bar to plaintiff’s recovery. To rebut the bar of the statute, the plaintiff offered in .evidence four letters from the defendant. The last one of these letters is ([noted from in the opinion of the Court.
