This case is a personal injury suit based on negligence. A jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for $150,000. A judgment was entered on this verdict. Defendant has appealed. Held:

1. At the conclusion of plaintiffs evidence, the defendant moved for a directed verdict which was denied. The denial is enumerated as error. The evidence shows that plaintiff went to defendant’s restaurant in an automobile at about noon on the date of this incident.
