Appellants, as plaintiffs, commenced a suit against appellee, Derry, and appellees, James Morrison, George Nedderman and Ray Rinehart, as members of the board of supervisors of Monroe county, for an injunction to restrain them from removing certain fences and altering a highway on land claimed by appellants.
