— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for unlawful imprisonment, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Delaney, J.), entered November 10, 1987, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) judgment of the same court, entered February 9,1988, thereon.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the order is vacated, the motion is denied, and the complaint is reinstated; and it is further,
