Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Orgera, J.), rendered April 6,1993, convicting her of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. By decision and order dated April 4, 1994, this Court modified the judgment by vacating the sentence imposed and remitting the matter to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to give the defendant an opportunity to withdraw her plea (see, People v Smith, 203 AD2d 308).
