This action-was 'brought by taxpayers of Bad River and Antelope school districts to avoid the formation of a consolidated school district embracing Ft. Pierre independent school district, Bad River school district No. 5 and Antelope school district No. 2. It is claimed by the plaintiffs, and was in effect found by the trial court, that this proceeding was a sequel to the annexation proceedings which were annulled in Pierre and Ft. Pierre Bridge Ry.
