OPINION
ARCENEAUX, District Judge.
Plaintiffs in these consolidated cases claim damages resulting from allegedly contracting silicosis while employed at various shipyards in Louisiana.
Initially filed as individual suits and allotted to various sections of this Court, discovery and the filing of various pre-trial motions pointed to the presence of two issues of Louisiana law — to be defined and discussed more fully later herein — in a number of the pending matters.
